Subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play?
If you purchased your Visla subscription through Apple or Google (in-app purchase), you must cancel (and request refunds, if eligible) directly through your app store account.
Note: Subscriptions purchased via Apple/Google can’t be cancelled from your Visla web billing page.
Follow the steps outlined below to cancel your subscription and subsequently remove your Visla account:
Canceling Your Subscription
Log in to your Visla account through the web interface.
Navigate to your profile. And make sure you are in your own "Workspace".
Click on "Workspaces Settings," then proceed to "Billing."
Click on "Cancel Subscription on the bottom."
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
