At Visla, we provide multiple ways for you to add credits to your account. These credits can be used for various features within the platform. Here’s how you can add credits to your Visla account:
1. Purchase Flexible Credits (Paid Users Only)
If you are a paid user, you have the option to purchase flexible credits directly through your account. These credits are instantly added to your balance and can be used as needed.
Steps to Purchase Credits:
Log in to your Visla account.
Go to the Dashboard section of your Workspace.
Choose the amount of credits you wish to purchase.
Complete the payment process with your preferred method.
The credits will automatically be added to your balance once the purchase is complete.
Credit unit price is as follow:
300 credits per dollar (Pro)
200 credits per dollars (Business)
Note: the flexible credits you purchase but do not use in a given billing cycle will be carried over to your next cycle.
2. Refer New Users
You can earn credits by referring new users to Visla! For every new user that signs up using your referral link, you will receive bonus credits as a thank-you for spreading the word.
How to Refer Users:
Log in to your Visla account.
Head to the Refer a Friend section on the menu of your Workspace.
Copy your unique referral link.
Share the link with your friends and colleagues.
When a new user signs up through your link, you’ll automatically receive credits to your account.
3. Earn Credits When Your Referred User Upgrades to a Higher Plan
Not only do you earn credits when someone signs up through your referral, but you’ll also receive additional credits if that user decides to upgrade their plan to a higher tier.
How It Works:
Once a referred user upgrades to a higher-tier plan (e.g., from Basic to Pro), you will receive a bonus of credits.
These credits will be added to your account automatically, and you'll be notified via email.
