Updated over a week ago

Availability of CTAs

It's important to note that the Call to Action (CTA) feature is only available for videos hosted online from the Visla cloud or embedded into your website from Visla. The CTA feature is not accessible for offline videos that have been downloaded.

Steps to Enable a CTA

The first step to enabling a CTA is to export your video project.

Navigate to the "Clips" page and find your exported video.

Access CTA Settings:

On the right-hand side of the video, you'll find an option for "Call to Action." Click on it to proceed.

Configure CTA Details

  1. Button Text: Enter the text that will appear on the CTA button.

  2. Button Link: Provide the URL that the button will link to.

  3. Button Color and Text Color: Customize the button's appearance by adjusting its color and the text color.

  4. Style and Position: You also have the option to change the button's style and its position on the video.

By following these steps, you can effectively add a CTA to your Visla video to enhance viewer engagement.
