Organizing clips in Visla is incredibly easy and intuitive.

You can create new folders with just a few clicks and neatly categorize your clips based on projects, themes, or any system that works for you.

In just a few steps, you can move your clips to the right folder, keeping your workspace organized and making it easy to find what you need.

This streamlined organization ensures a smoother workflow, helping you stay focused on creating and editing without unnecessary clutter.

How to Create Folders and Move Clips

  1. Head to the Clips section in your Teamspace

  2. Click on the "New Folder" button to create a new folder.

3. Name your folder:

4. You will now see your folders in the clips section

5. Select the clip you want to move in your folder: check the box on the clip itself, then click on the 3-dot menu at the bottom-right of your clip and select "move"

7. Your clip now appears in the selected folder
