Visla has just opened our API to all users currently on a paid plan, to learn more about it, head to <a href="https://developer.visla.us/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">developer.visla.us</a>.

When using Visla's API services, you agree to the following additional terms:

Prohibited Uses: You may not use Visla's API to:

1. Resell, redistribute, or provide the API service directly to third parties without Visla's express written permission
2. White-label or rebrand Visla's API services as your own
3. Create a competing service that is substantially similar to Visla's core video creation and editing offerings without adding significant independent value or functionality
4. Circumvent Visla's rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or billing systems

Value-Added Services: If you integrate Visla's API into your applications or services, you must:

1. Add substantial independent functionality or value beyond what Visla's API provides directly
2. Properly attribute Visla as the underlying technology provider with "Powered by Visla" or similar attribution where appropriate
3. Not present Visla's video generation, editing, or processing capabilities as your own proprietary technology

1. Each API key is issued for a specific application or use case
2. You may not share, transfer, or reuse API keys across multiple applications or services
3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys

1. Visla reserves the right to monitor API usage patterns to ensure compliance with these terms
2. Visla may request information about your use case to verify compliance
3. Violation of these terms may result in rate limiting, suspension, or termination of your API access without refund

2. Authorized partners will be subject to separate terms and conditions

These restrictions are designed to protect Visla's intellectual property and business interests while still enabling legitimate integrations and use cases. Visla reserves the right to modify these API Usage Restrictions at any time with reasonable notice to API users.
