Troubleshooting Voice Over Issues: Hearing Two Voices

This article troubleshoots voice-over issues in Visla, addressing instances where users hear two voices during playback.

Identifying the Problem

If you're experiencing an issue where two voices are audible in your video, there are a couple of potential causes to consider:

  1. Paid Stock Music Watermark:

    • During the preview phase, if you're using paid stock music, you might hear the Storyblocks audio watermark. This watermark is automatically embedded in every video that utilizes paid stock music.

    • Resolution: For Pro plan account holders and higher, this watermark will be removed upon exporting the video. If you're using a free account, you'll be prompted to either replace the paid stock with a free alternative or upgrade your account to a paid plan.

  2. Overlap of AI-Generated Audio and Uploaded Voice Over:

    • This issue may occur if an AI-generated voice over is automatically added to your video, and you have also uploaded your own voice over but mistakenly added it to the music track instead of the designated voice over track.

    • Resolution: Navigate to the bottom of the editing interface and remove the music track. Then, re-upload your voice over, ensuring it's correctly placed in the voice over section.
