Create a Video from an Idea: Step-by-Step

If you want to create a video with an audio file that includes narration, Visla makes it easy! Follow these steps to generate a polished video using your podcast, interview, or any other recorded voice file!

Steps to Create a Video with Narration

  1. Go to the "Create Video" Section

    • From your Visla home screen, click on the "Create Video" option.

  2. Describe the video you want to create

    • You can type in your own idea, or you can also choose from our templates that we have. Add as much context as you want.

    • Select "Next" when you're ready.

  3. Project Settings & Parameters

    • From the Setup Page you can

      • Say what the video is about (i.e. promotional, educational, etc..)

      • Add the content guide, or just from our templates listed there.

      • Choose the language*

      • Set the duration

      • Set the Visual Pace

      • Turn on B-roll Recommendation, and select the library to choose from

        • Add B-Roll Tags to fine tune the selection process of stock

      • Turn on Background Music Recommendations, and choose Free Stock, Premium Stock

    • On the Audio Page you will be able to set

      • The Regional Dialect of the voice over if applicable

      • The AI voice over, either

        • Public Voices

        • Custom Voices**

    • You can set the Aspect Ratio, and Footage Fit on the Style Page.

Tips for Best Results

  • Clear Narration: Ensure your audio file is clear and free of background noise for the best synchronization with the visuals.

  • Concise Description: A detailed description helps Visla’s AI generate a more accurate video.

  • Preview Your Video: After generating, review the video and make adjustments as needed before finalizing.

*Only English, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, and Dutch are supported

**Custom Voices are only available on Business Plans or higher
