Overview
Visla is designed for creating short video clips by default, but it also supports longer projects. Here's how to adjust video durations, depending on the type you are creating.
Project Type: Text to Video
There are a couple of ways to create a longer video in this type of project:
When “Rewrite with AI” is unchecked, the video duration depends on your input script, regardless of the description you put in the prompt box. So to get a longer video, simply input a longer script.
When “Rewrite with AI” is checked, the video duration depends on your prompt. To create a longer video, simply request a longer duration, and also provide enough text material for AI to generate a script from.
Project Type: Idea to Video
When in the "Idea to Video" project type, you can simply enter as many details as you would like in the description box. Of course, make sure to define clearly what the duration should be!
Project Type: Voice and Video
When in the "Voice and Video" project type, you have two different options.
Curate with AI (box checked)
Asking Visla's AI to curate your video basically means that you are telling it to keep the best/most relevant parts of the content you are importing.
In order to make sure this happens, simply enter all the desired details in the description box, including keywords for main ideas, desired duration, etc.
*Note that by default, a clip's duration will be around three minutes, unless you prompt our AI otherwise.
2. Leaving imported content untouched
If you want to use your video content in its original state in your new project, make sure that the "curate with AI" box is uncheck.
Then let your creativity flow in the description box!
